Turn Intention Into Action
Good intentions tell us what matters. Our choices reveal what we are prepared to do about it.
The distance between the two is not always caused by a lack of commitment. Sometimes the next move is unclear. Sometimes competing responsibilities are real. Sometimes acting on one value means accepting a cost somewhere else.
Turning intention into action begins by making the connection visible: what matters here, what direction does it ask us to take, and what choice would move us that way?
The first action does not have to accomplish everything. It should make the intention recognizable in the work.
Where could one choice bring what you value more fully into what you do?
