Redefine Success

Success is often measured by what can be counted: the goal reached, the problem solved, the result delivered.

Those outcomes matter. But they do not tell the whole story.

Success may also be found in how the work was carried out. Were people treated with dignity? Did the decision reflect what mattered most? Did the organization protect its mission while responding honestly to its realities? Did the leader remain someone they recognized along the way?

Bringing heart into the measure does not mean results become irrelevant. It means the way we reach them—and what we preserve in the process—also matters.
